We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• The item must be a standard stock product (not custom-made).

• Returned items must be suitable for resale.

• The return must be received within 10 days of delivery.

We are committed to making sure your garment fits properly. If there are any concerns about sizing, please contact us before placing your order so we can guide you.

Custom-made garments are produced specifically for you and will be reviewed for return or adjustment on a case-by-case basis.

The Shipping Policy is for all 10 Provinces within Canada. For order under $150.00 before HST, shipping is $12.00 plus HST. For order less than $250.00 before HST, shipping is $8.00 plus HST. Orders over $250.00 before HST, shipping is free. All shipping to non residential addresses has no specific delivery date.
