The Alberta Call to the Bar ceremony marks the official admission of new lawyers to the legal profession through the Law Society of Alberta. This important ceremony celebrates years of legal education and training.

Candidates attending the Call to the Bar in Alberta typically graduate from the following law schools:

• University of Alberta Faculty of Law

• University of Calgary Faculty of Law

Internationally trained lawyers may also qualify through the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA).
