Instructions for Filling out Acrobat Forms

The following are instructions for filling out the Acrobat forms for individual Academic product orders or for legal product orders. Follow the instructions below to fill out the forms and then press the Submit button at the bottom right of the form to e-mail the information to Imperial Robes. You also have the option of filling in the information, saving the form to disk or printing and / or faxing the form to Imperial Robes directly.

Note:
Due to bugs in the Netscape 6 browser, Acrobat forms do not submit correctly. Therefore, if you are using the Netscape 6 browser, it would be best to fill in the fields as instrcuted below, save the form to your local hard disk, and then send it as an attachment to info@imperialrobes.com.

Individual Academic Product Orders

Fill in your name and address in the Ship to and Sold To sections of the form so that it can be matched up with your order submission.

Fill in your individual measurements that weren't already submitted in the previous order form. The following fields are mandatory:

Height, Weight, and Chest / Bust (under Gown or Cassock heading).

Fill in your name and address in the Ship to and Sold To sections of the form so that we can contact you (if necessary).

Fill in your individual measurements. The following fields are mandatory:

Height, Weight, Low Shoulder, Neck, Chest, Shoulder Slope

Waistcoast:
Chest/Bust, Waist, Sleeve (inside seam), Back Width, Front Length, Back Length

Trousers/Skirt:
(TROUSERS ONLY) Outseam, Inseam, Waist, Seat, Hip or Abdomen, Knee, Bottom, Cuff, Pleats
(SKIRTS ONLY) Waist, Seat, Length
